FAQ's

DELIVERY

Q - WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED? 

A - Before checking out with your order, you will have selected either Next Day Delivery or 2-3 Day Delivery service. If you selected next day delivery (before our next day cut off point 3pm) your order will be with you the following day of purchase. If you selected the 2-3 day delivery service, your order will be with you within a 3 working day period. Please note, our courier delivers Monday - Friday. We cannot have orders delivered over Weekends or Bank Holidays. If you order on a Friday, your order will not be collected for deilvery until the following Monday.

Q - HOW DO I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?

A - Once your order has been placed, it usually too late to make any changes to your order as it is going through our system and passed on to the store which holds the stock almost immedietly. If you notice something you would like to try and change regardless of this, then please call the following number as soon as you can to make things easier, if there is something we can do regarding your order. 01305 750426

Q - I HAVENT RECEIVED MY ORDER, HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT?

A - Depending on the delivery option you selcted, you should allow up to 7 working days. If you haven't received anything in this time then call us and we will look into straight away.

Q - HOW SOON WILL YOU REPLY TO MY EMAIL?

A - We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours of receiving them, Weekends and Bank Holidays will cause a slight delay in this.

Q - HOW TO I PROCESS MY COMPLAINT?

A - Please email any complaints to orders@420skatestore.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Q - WHAT CAN I DO IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?

A - We deeply apologies if we have made a mistake. If we have sent out an incorrect item or size, please call 01305 750425 as soon as you can to let us know about any mistakes. We can either arrange a collection via our courier on a date that suits you, or alternatively you can post the item back to an address given to you and we will then of course refund your postage costs, if it was an error on our behalf.

Q - AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK

A - If you have ordered an item that now appears to be out of stock, then you have ordered the last one. If there are any stock errors, we will contact you immedietly via phone or email to inform you of the situation and offer an exchange or refund. If you have recieved an out of stock note with the rest of your order, please contact us and let us know how you woud prefer to proceed.

Q - HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

A - Please call 01305 750425 ASAP and we will attept to stop the order before being dispatched. This however, is not a guarantee, as your order may have progressed to far in the system to do so. If this is the case, the Return Policy must be followed.

Q - I HAVENT RECIEVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL? 

A - You should always receive a confirmation email following your order, and a shipment onfirmation email with tracking information once your order has left us. If you do not receive these emails, please check that you have left the correct email adress when your order was placed and also check your junk/spam filters to ensure they haven't been picked up either. 

Q - WHY IS MY ORDER NOT GOING THROUGH? 

APlease ensure your billing address matches the address that your card is registered to. You can change the delivery address at the checkout page.

Q - WHAT IF I HAVE A FAULTY/SNAPPED SKATEBOARD?

A - We will only accept an item as faulty if there is a manafacturing fault. This does not include any damage caused by skating error. Most snapped decks occur when tricks are landed incorrectly or if your feet are not positioned over the trucks. We cannot take any responsability for any damage caused in this manor. 

If the deck you have purchased has a manafactuing fault, we recommend emailing us pictures to orders@420skatestore.co.uk before returning it as we are able to assess many boards through this proccess and avoid sedning items back unneccessarily. We will only process the refind or exhange if we deem the item faulty.

Q - DO I NEED 1 OR 2 TRUCKS?

A - All of our trucks are sold in pairs, you will only need to add one pair of any trucks to your basket.

Q - DO I NEED GRIPTAPE?

A - If you need a sheet of griptape, we have plenty of designs to choose from that vary from plain black to some very funky designs, from all top skate brands. However if you are simply after the simple plain black grip then let us know when checking out with your order, leave a comment letting us know or email us and we will chuck in a free sheet of MOB Griptape, we can even grip the deck for you so its ready on arrival if you prefer.
